Design
We offer a full architect-designed service. From technical drawings to materials management, we plan all aspects of the build to facilitate a smooth installation.
Planning
Our designer can assist in dealing with applications for Planning Consent, (most balconies require Planning Consent before construction) and the management of Building Regulations.
Install
Our experienced and qualified installation team will manage on-site safety during installation.
We believe that Health & Safety considerations are of paramount importance both for our operators and our clients.
Once the design is complete and signed off, we will draw up a Schedule of Works for each stage of the project including delivery of materials.

Balconies
We work with our clients on the overview of the project and on the smallest details to ensure that each individual build is appropriate in terms of structure and aesthetic.
All our balconies have bespoke frames designed by qualified structural engineers and fabricated from hot dipped galvanized structural steel.
Where possible the frames are pre-erected off-site together with the balustrade system you choose.
Balustrades
Choose from our range of frameless, post & glass and post & wire balustrades.
Our balcony frames are made from mild steel. This is then hot-dip galvanized for rust protection. If required, we can also finish the frame in any RAL colour to suit your specific requirements.
The frames are designed and fabricated specifically for your project.
